Order Cancellation Policy

At NATURE’S QUOTE, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 7 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Conditions

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The perfume must be unused, unopened, and untested.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including outer box.
All labels, seals, invoices, and tags must be intact and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email your return request to naturesquote@email.com with:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
Carefully pack the product and ship it to the return address provided.

📌 Note:

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by NATURE’S QUOTE.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned perfume passes a quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Once approved, the replacement perfume will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
